Motorola revamped its channel partner program in 2010, branding it under a new name and structuring it to include all of the vendor’s partners under one, multi-tiered framework.


Microsoft Corp.


Some 640,000 partners are part of Microsoft’s partner program in one form or another. Partner Network currently is structured by three tiers: Gold Certified, Certified and Registered, with benefits graduated according to level. In October 2010, the levels will change to Subscriber, Competency and Advanced Competency based on skills acquisition.


McAfee Inc.


The McAfee SecurityAlliance Partner Program assists partners to sell the vendor’s solutions in endpoint security, network security, data protection, and risk and compliance to SMBs and enterprise businesses.
