Key benefits of the three-tier (Silver, Gold, Platinum) Websense ChannelConnect Global Partner Program include dedicated inside sales support, technical support, access to a channel hotline, product discounts, deal registration, NFR licenses, marketing collateral, free online sales and technical training, free monthly instructor-led classes, quarterly training updates, and marketing development funds. At the Gold level, partners also receive an inside channel account manager, regional sales engineer support, and sales leads. Platinum partners also receive a named field-based channel account manager, dedicated field sales support, assigned sales engineer support, and 24/7 priority technical support. Program tiers are based on achievement of annual sales targets and required competencies.
