The three-tier (Bronze, Gold, Silver) PGP Global Partner Program offers a range of benefits including e-mail access to a shared PGP partner relationship manager, a sales specialist certification program, e-mail technical support, lead generation programs, marketing collateral, and eligibility for managed beta programs. At the Silver level, additional program benefits include direct access to a shared PGP partner relationship manager, inside sales support, pre-sales technical certification, PGP professional services/deployment accreditation, subsidized classroom training, phone technical support, joint marketing with PGP, access to a demo/evaluation program, incentive programs, PGP marketing programs, and eligibility for joint marketing. At the Gold level, additional benefits include a named PGP partner relationship manager, 800 number technical support, and increased partner incentives. Program tiers are based on annual sales as well as training and accreditation.
