Westcon Group Inc. said that it has initiated a new program to help resellers sell Check Point Software Technologies Ltd.s security products and services. Check Point specializes in Internet security solutions, including security gateways, security management, endpoint security and services. Westcons new program, dubbed Express to Success, offers channel partners market development, sales materials, personalized training and demand generation, all provided at no charge to qualified Westcon security resellers. The program is aimed at helping channel partners to leverage Check Point solutions, improve knowledge of security technology in areas such as endpoint/data encryption, hardware refresh, virtualization and intrusion prevention systems, access training to maximize sales opportunities, and educate resellers on Check Point solutions to prompt revenue growth. "Our Express to Success program is another example of an ongoing investment to empower our reseller customers, said Andrew Warren, Westcon Security vice president. Through these resources, were helping them establish a more profitable business centered on Check Point's world-class security solutions," he said.
