A10 Networks-Shanda Interactive Entertainment


Shanda is one of China’s top interactive entertainment companies, producing cartoons, music, literature, and several wildly popular massively multi-player online role playing games (MMORPGs). The challenge faced by Shanda was that Jinjiang’s current platform could not handle the Web site’s rapidly growing Internet traffic and the more than 100,000 e-commerce purchases made daily on the site.

Because of increased technology usage and a higher number of system users, the football club’s bandwidth speeds were noticeably slower by 2009.
