Cash Call also needed flexibility to respond aggressively to emerging market dynamics and to position the company to meet rapid growth projections. With the help of CCS Technology Solutions and IBM they implemented a foundation of service-oriented architecture that was built on powerful IBM technologies including; IBM System p5 570 servers, IBM AIX 5L V5.3 and IBM WebSphere Application servers. As a result of implementing this solution Cash Call was able to streamline and automate the process of underwriting, enabling the company to reach the benchmark of service which is loan approvals within 15 minutes.
Automating processes like this helps Cash Call to deliver high levels of serviceto draw in new customers and build customer loyalty.
