Solution: L’Oreal, the world's largest skin care and cosmetics company, wanted  to broaden the scope of marketing for their luxury products division. Microsoft resellers Accenture and Siebel implemented a company-wide customer relationship management (CRM) system solution run on Microsoft Windows Server 2003 and a Microsoft SQL Server 2005 Databases. As a result, L’Oreal reported a boost in customer loyalty and reduced churn. Additionally, the volume of direct mail has been cut by 57 percent for a single promotion while response rate climbed to 62 percent. The company also has a consistent view of customers across all marketing channels.
