Solution: Womble Carlyle, a law firm based in North Carolina, needed to provide its employees who work out of disparate offices and client sites a better way of communicating, while at the same time improving the phone and voicemail systems.

With the help of NWN Corp,, a Microsoft reseller, a new unified communications solution was implemented that integrated Microsoft Exchange Server 2007 Unified Messaging and Microsoft Office Communications Server 2007. The result was voice and e-mail communications were now finally unified and users were able to get in touch faster. Employees were able to save time , which in turn made them more productive.
