Pioneer turned to Cie Studios, a Microsoft reseller for help. The reseller used Microsoft Web Development technologies to create a solution that included an online portal that provides technical support and uses social networking and incentives to encourage dealer interaction. The solution produced increased dealer loyalty and an enhanced level of training. Also, the company was able to expand its dealer channel. FinallyPioneer was able to facilitate new business initiatives and improve its dealer management.
