The latest research suggests that channel players, especially those focused on providing mobile technology or tose involved in global partneships, will continue to do well this year, depite the current worries. How will service and support requirements change as mobile solutions become even more entrenched? All of these issues will generate more interest from the channel if these sales predictions play out.
